Registration

 

Overview

Our office hours are 9am to 5pm on Weekdays or between 9am and 2pm on Saturday. We are Closed Sundays.

 

The upcoming Session is 6 - 8 weeks long and Registration is on now, Classes start from April 29th - June 8th 2013. But most courses can be joined at anytime during the session. No class on May 9th, 25th & June 6th.

 

Registration Fee is Rp.130.000,- for one class. For Tours &Workshops registration fee is Rp. 50.000,- Fees are payable in cash Rupiah or Rupiah checks or credit card (Visa & MasterCard only). There will be an extra charge of Rp. 10,000 for checks. Membership fee is Rp.450,000 per annum per family. There is no registration fee for JICC members.

 

 

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation must be made 4 days prior to the start of the session. Please save your payment receipt to receive a refund. Please note that after registration there will be an administration charge of Rp. 75,000 for each cancellation. For Tours & Workshops the cancellation fee is Rp. 30,000. There will be no refund after starting the classes unless classes are cancelled by JICC. The refund must be collected within 4 weeks after cancellation.

 

 

 

Class Registration Policy

  1. FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE BEFORE THE CLASS IS STARTED.
  2. Most Classes at the JICC are designed to be joined at anytime.
  3. Trial classes are available for one class only. The regular class fee basis will be applied.
  4. Should you choose to join the class for the remaining session; all fees paid will be contributed towards the remaining session fee.
  5. Drop-ins for classes will be based on availability. An additional charge of 30% will be applied for non-member drop-ins and 20% for members. Drop in is only available for two times.
  6. Refunds will be given only when cancellations are made at least two days before the session start or in the case of class cancellation by the JICC.
  7. In the case of make-up classes, all measures will be taken to accommodate students. Make-up classes cannot be carried on to the next session. There will be no refunds for make-up classes.
  8. Priority is given to members for participation in classes when space availability is limited.
